Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The home is set up with beds for 10 guests. Pool and hot tub share the same heater. Pool/spa heat is available for $35 per day and must be requested in advance. The hot tub does not heat independently. Without pool heat enabled, it operates as bubbles only. This is a gated HOA community with strict rules. No street parking is allowed. Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted in the driveway. BBQ grill available ( $60 per stay must request in advance) No parties, events, pets, smoking, or unauthorized guests permitted. Quiet hours and HOA rules are strictly enforced. We provide each numbered guest with disposable shower loofahs a starter of shower essentials which includes a shampoo, conditioner, lotion hand and body soap. Security Deposit- A refundable $300 security deposit is required and will be processed on the guest's credit card by the host. The hold is released after check-out once the property has been inspected. Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or violations of house rules during stay.
